Monika Meirer

Encouraging new methods, valuing existing aspects, initiating tangible measures – Monika Meirer has been using this approach to guide organizations, executives and teams in change processes and cultural change for 15 years now. She is driven by supporting internal interactions in organizations, eliminating frictional losses and tapping into potential that can help organizations blaze their own trail towards future viability. Monika Meirer favors dialog-oriented workshops and large group events with a focus on practical implementation as a means of initiating practical and effective change to which everyone can contribute. Her other passion is supporting executives; her own long-standing management experience (build-up of a division and HR management) as well diverse sector experience within SMEs and large firms provide a valuable basis for this.
