Richard Roolvink

Richard has a passion for helping organizations, teams and individuals to (re)discover their growth potential. He is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record in creating lasting value, accelerating growth and unlocking potential. After studying Business Administration at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, Richard started his career as a marketer in the food industry. As independent interim manager, consultant and coach he has extensive experience in strategy development and transformation of corporates as well as private (equity) owned enterprises (including start- and scaleups) in a wide range of business sectors (FMCG, energy, financial services, HR services, consultancy, IT, media, healthcare, automotive and construction & technology), and diverse cultures (such as Southeast Asia). Original and unorthodox thinking, simplifying complex matters, connecting the dots by listening and entering into dialogue without losing sight of the end goal. Asking the uncomfortable and powerful question in a stimulating but respectful way, driven by curiosity. Independent and versatile pragmatist bringing fresh perspectives: 'There are no old roads to new directions'.
