With her motto “It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see" Marit shows what drives her: being able to help clients identify what their purpose is, how they perceive the future and what strategic challenges and choices they have. She brings curiosity, a healthy dose of criticism and the ability to connect future developments with everyday decision making. After studying Business Administration with a focus on International Management & Strategy at the Radboud University Nijmegen, she is always looking for ways to find the best fitting strategy within the context of the organization. Both taking culture, internal/external developments and desired outcome(s) into account.
