With her motto “to know yourself is to make impact” Eva shows what is important when it comes to making sustainability happen. She experienced and researched that leaders who are aware of themselves have different relationships with their employees and are intrinsically motivated to create products and services that contribute to our environment in a positive way. Eva supports leaders and organizations from vision to implementation. She combines international business knowledge from work, Maastricht University and UCLA with change knowledge from her education as an Executive Life Coach at School of Life.
