Addicted to variety & creativity, Diederik is a consultant since 1993 and never had a dull day in his professional life. His focus is on strategy alignment: the connection with the vision of the organization and what’s really going on in the workplace. That involves strategy development, processes, leadership and organizational development. In recent years he is more and more engaged in projects concerning co-operation between organizations, private & public. He has a master in Public Administration (Erasmus University Rotterdam), his natural habitat is public & non-for-profit organizations. But as CEO of a consulting firm, he is also right at home in the business service industry.
