Collaboration between organizations is the core theme in Boris’ work. He developed partnerships on green growth, low literacy, childhood obesity and refugee integration. In his projects Boris combines analytical strength with political awareness. He is energized in everything he does and addicted to variety. As a result, he is experienced in various aspects of public sector management. Boris has a Master's degree in Systems Engineering & Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology (NL) and Carnegie Mellon University (USA).
