Rosa’s motto “No matter. Try again, fail again, fail better." reflects the test-and-learn attitude that she believes is key in organisational development today. Even though she loves to do things ‘first time right’, learning processes can be more impactful if you allow yourself to learn why your current approach does not work. It is the courage of people and organisations to try something new while overcoming personal fears, in order to change something for the better, that inspires her as a consultant. Being trusted to support organizations in this process, makes her incredibly proud.
