”Giving a perspective in any situation” is a major theme in the life of Bas. He loves to work with highly educated professionals at board levels as well as in specialized positions. With a MBA background at Rotterdam University and a specialization in Quality management (EFQM) he has developed as a consultant in strategic change, governance and strategy. Intensive training at the Institute of Organizational Development has created a strong psycho- and group dynamic base. Bas has experience in a wide variety of industries with an emphasis on (professional) services – such as financial services, medical/healthcare, higher education and industry/engineering. 13 years of experience as CEO of Dutch consulting firm Rijnconsult and several non-executive board memberships have strengthened his profile. Since the late nineties, Bas is active in international, mainly European, networks and projects.
